Just think it doesn't matter whether you win or lose. Because really it doesn't. Haha. & just think you're better than the team an it's an easy win, ( most of the time it is). Oh & fns helps a ton when you take on teams. You can also take the pressure off of you, by going to a choke point, like the library on valleyside.

Instead of shaky hands, I get sweaty hands.

I have to clean my keyboard every day just to avoid touching the physical smudge of sweat and dirt on my W, A, S, and D keys >.<

Its because of all your nerdy adrenaline, eventually you can harness this and use it to your advantage.
Eg; darkrai202
Haha I doubt I'll ever be as good as darkrai, but I hopefully I will be able to manipulate it or at least control it ^-^

I'm not sure whether to go with your idea of over confidence or another users idea of under confidence - I'll try both and see which goes best : 'D

I usually just say to myself: A team. Cool. Lets kill em'. Of course I most of the time I don't actually kill them (thats where PvP skills come in). Basically I just try to convince myself that its not a big deal, and I try to not let it get to me. Another thing that may help is to just expect to see a team in full iron every game you play. That way you are already mentally prepared for what may be to come.

I used to get this, when I first started playing games. I remember in my first 10 or so games my heartbeat who shoot up, sometimes for some odd reason I would shiver. But shakey hands, sweaty hands, and other symptoms similar to this are simply because of nerves. The best way to stop any nerves is practice. You will slowly get used to having adrenalin-rushing situations. Honestly, I miss it. It added an extra element of fun to it. Especially if you win. But, to overcome it, the best solution is practice.

Extra element of fun when my mouse is hanging of the side of my desk because I've been shaking so much xD But practice practice practice is good to go ^-^
