Hi,
So I have a few complaints
1. The report button doesn't help so recently I have been trying to report people on their profile but it isn't working and the name is so obvious that it is a banned alt.
2. Admins aren't replying to my PM's. Yes they are Important don't ask why. I wanted a answer and they didn't reply to me. Please fix this MCGamer. No hate.

Mods are trying to do everything they can, be patient.

This is exactly what happened to me yesetday in the hub, "hi *mods name* he responds saying hey. I ask him a question, no response. I can still see him running around the hub. Like, fix your problem.

The PM that I sent to the Admins was about something else that only they could handle. But I will message you about the banned alts.

1. We solve the reports as quickly as we can. Someone who is speculated of being a banned alternative account can only be dealt with after finding solid evidence of them in fact being that person.

2. Admins get dozens of PMs per day, unfortunately this will hardly get their attention. A better way to get in contact may be through an email c:

If you think someone is banned but using an alt I suggest making a report, that way it can get solved much faster as all staff can help not just the ones you sent the PM to. Also, in the hub when you are talking to staff you need to realise they are quite busy at times and it can be hard to get to everything at once. Remember that you can always startup a conversation with me right here or on TeamSpeak and I'll help you out!

no no no I am talking about the report button on the profile. I PM'ed col for some thing. No mod/sr.mod have the power needed.
