So, I've been playing Mcsg for over a year now, and to be honest, it's the only server I've been able to maintain constant interest in, and still play on pretty consistently. My first experience with a clan was a little over 3 months ago, when I first applied to the Titans. I wasn't too keen on the idea of clans, but I realize now that's just because I hadn't ever given it a chance. Thankfully, Zeno gave me that chance, despite my lack of experience with clans themselves. This gave me time to acquire the knowledge needed for being in a clan, and not long after I was comfortable with the idea. I wasn't with the Titans for very long though, as I had just entered my senior year of high school and things were getting difficult, though not long after leaving I realized how dull playing by myself could get, so I reapplied and got back in for a short few weeks before the clan was disbanded. I'm fairly confident in saying I'm accustomed to being in a clan, and seeing the lack of immaturity and overall welcoming attitude that I've experienced from most of the members, I see this as a great opportunity.
What sets me apart from other applicants? I feel like my long-term membership gives me an edge over the others, and my maturity, not only in age, makes me believe that I'd fit in well. My skill level may not match up to some of the greater members, but with some practice and tactic-learning from some of the best I'm sure I'd be a good addition. I may not be extremely experienced in clan teamwork, but I give my best effort and follow orders well, and although I do, on occasion, crack under pressure, those mistakes are rarely ever fatal to a team win, and I do take criticism well, and would definitely learn from my mistakes.
I hope you enjoyed learning a bit of my background of being in clans, and I thank you for taking the time to read my application.
