On a positive note, clan activity is picking up. We got some fun scrimmages in over the weekend. Correlated to that, we are practicing for Clan Wars [Season 2].
Despite its long overdue timing, I am pleased to announce I will be announcing the new accepted members to the Sector soon.

Along with what Darkrai said, a lot of people who apply are on the younger side, or the impatient side. A lot, (not all) of "younger" people have a hard time waiting for things so they'll just rage or give up. Same with impatient people. I'm sure both of these qualities are not something that Sector Six particularly look for in possible candidates for this clan.

That being said, that's only some of the people that apply. A lot of the people who apply then have a few weeks to sit on it while waiting for a response. Some people can fine somewhere where they're much happier, with more friends, ect. Also, life happens, it changes day by day, so situations come up and people have to revoke their applications and may reapply at a later date, who knows. Just because you can wait patiently for two weeks without wanting or having to resign your app doesn't mean the situations the same for everyone.

Hope I opened your mind up a bit with another one of my ridiculous long posts that half the community don't understand (or read.)

It's quite unfortunate, but there is a reason why we haven't been accepting people too efficiently. I can't say why, for the sake of my clan, its members, and my staff rank. One day, however, I will elaborate. One day, I will.
