Satoru Iwata, President of Nintendo, Passes at Age 55.

While this recent passing may not affect everyone here, it has effected my self as well as gamers across the world.

I want to keep this short, so here we go, on July 11th. Satoru Iwata, president of Nintendo, passed away due to bile duct cancer. This man was responsible for such games as Smash Bros, Kirby, and Pokémon, and helped create the most recognizable icons in video game history such as Mario. Thank you, and rest in peace, Iwata.

That is really sad. He was a brilliant man with an amazing mind. He may be gone but the games he made will never be forgotten.
