lol I think the point of all what he said(the creator of the thread), was to talk about majorities. Yes ofc, everyone in the community isn't a bad person or w/e. Not everyone is going to fit into these categories, but tons do, and its pointed towards those people.Untrue. Untrue. Untrue. Untrue. Untrue.
I'm not saying you're entirely wrong, but you're writing this as though these things are absolute. 100%. Without exception
I assure you, they are not.
On a regular basis, I'm able to log onto TeamSpeak and find both types of people - good, and bad.
Here's a great example: LittleLuna is a person that I recently met who is an outstanding beacon of kindness and friendliness. (at least, when she's not banning people. )
As a part of the community - not necessarily a large part, but a part nonetheless - her very existence proves two of your statements to be untrue.
Originality? duckluv321. She's an artist who actually draws. Want another example? Mamiamato24. OldManDippy.
Mercy?
Just go on TeamSpeak and find a person who breaks a minor rule, and a Mod who gives a warning instead of a ban. You won't be waiting that long.
People who let things go?
Find a player from 2012. A lot of us have learned to just let things slide. While it's true that there are a number who hold grudges, I know multiple people who've forgiven dozens of old rivalries.
Heck, back in January 2013, I was rival clan-leaders with the second best clan in the USA. In 2015, we've forgiven and forgotten, and now we're more than capable of laughing at old happenings and nostalgic memories of the past. We actually collaborated on a map project once!
Once again, that's just an example.
Look deeper. You'll find all the qualities that you want to see, and more. It's there, but you have to open your eyes to the possibilities.
Maybe listen to some uplifting, inspiring dubstep. That usually helps gamers get into a positive groove.
It's no secret that people are more often than not, in this list. It's hard to go through a game without meeting several people on this list, which is what I think he's trying to say. He says at the end, if you meet more than 4 of these things, then you need to change, which is probably true.
