Just one 1v1 won't change someone's mind. You have to prove your skill in multiple efforts, not just in one 1v1.

Also thispromise if he gets his ratio up to about 1/4 by the time he achieves 150 wins he will be accepted as trial and will be put in multiple games with the highest ranks in the clan, and is expected to prove his skill.
