Make it a combination of dirt and sand, and make the trees along the outside look more dead, use the dirt around the trees, because IRL trees can't grow on sand.

Well yes, but the map clearly shows it being destroyed, as it says in the books. And they were saying it was always underground. Cheese.

Well the book says there are these things:
-a hospital
- food supply room
-a weapon section with helicopters and that stuff
- private appartments
and more

have I forgotten anything?

Don't forget that it goes quite deep down, probably still mining for graphite. Remember somewhere far down where there were also cells holding Cinna's assistances?
