Another thing that leads to a hard life is being someone who is so hotheaded and stubborn, thinking they're always right and unable to change their opinion.

Just a tip, I'd hire the sensitive person because they can obey orders and not bring down an entire workforce.

People in general with that attitude, I wasn't pointing that at you and neither was I in the best of moods that day xD

To contrast my own point, you're at least intelligent and know, from what I've seen at least, how to get stuff done.
