Randomly Diconnects from server or I get kicked.

When the Hunger Games restarts and we all get kicked out of the server, I try to login and it says "Too many people trying to login try again soon" <Thats not the problem actually) Then i login and then it disconnects me from the server! And i can never play a game i can only spectate Please help me resolve this issue :S and when i try to login again it says Connection refused: connect
