Quarter Quell

I have a suggestion for a quarter quell, just like in the books/movie. Basically, is how it would work, is theirs a list of random things that could happen once in every, say, 25 matches, some kind of event or a different type of game would take place. I have a few ideas:

• If you die, you lose 20 points (and the player that killed you recieves them)
• Everyone starts off poisoned (this could work by a dispenser going off with a splash potion at the start)
• Everyone starts off with a stone sword
• Everyone starts off much closer to the cornucopia (I guess they'd have to start off the stools)

That's really all I've got so far, please suggest anything.
