I don't really like Quake Pro, it feels too fast and "stretched out", it also looks bad for YouTube.

Quake pro is for users that are hardcore
But yes you do have to be more direct with your hits

Couldn't play with quake pro. Then i used it and got used to it and now i suck when i have normal quake.
