The only thing I can think of is maybe a spec was standing next to you, and when they clicked to teleport, there might have been a glitch, and they hit you. Probably not it, but that's the only logical thing, since we have ruled out pretty much everything else.

This is most likely impossible to replicate... If it has not happened again or to anyone else then who knows what it could have been. Minecraft can be odd sometimes and this might have been one of them. TL
