WEBSITE Profile Picture Not Updating

Description of the bug: Whenever I try to update my profile picture, it simply doesn't update. I've tried multiple browsers all resulting in the same issue. Neither can I use my Minecraft Skin as my picture on the forums. I've also tried waiting for it to update, and still nothing, and I've used different picture formats (png, jpg ect) and no result.
Am I doing something wrong?

Currently, the only way to successfully change your avatar is by using gravatar (a globally recognized avatar).
Just make an account here: http://www.gravatar.com and use it to change your picture here.
