Problem Joining Lobby (Video)

I've posted a few other questions and I have received help with those, but I can't see to find a solution to this problem. When I join a game that's in lobby with 23 players, I get in, but I suddenly start falling until I get an error message. I am not sure what to do. Here is a video of my problem:

Is anyone having the same issue as me, or know a fix to this problem?

I generally don't have any lag at all, and don't have problems with any other servers or any other multiplayer games. I don't understand how my connection would be bad. Do you know what the optimum download and upload speeds would be for minecraft, so I can test it?
