Pre-Game spawn in bug?

I joined a lobby earlier today when their was 1 minute left, i waited in the lobby until pre-game came, and i spawned in as a spec i didn't type /kill or anything, just right when i spawned in i was a spec didn't join late or anything i don't know what happened has anyone else experienced this bug?
Is it a bug?

Hmmm This happened to my brother when I was playing with him. I believe this is a bug. You should notify the Developers.

Yes this is probably a bug. It has happened to me twice. Like Evan_Loud said, you should notify the developers if it has not already been reported.
