Points not being added

I earned a tone of points one game from killing 7 people and coming second. But since that game earlier today I have not got any points added. I have not got any points added since I have started playing, I can only lose points and I randomly got an extra one point added on.

please can someone help and tell me how to fix this.

It has started adding to my score now
just over 24 hours and starting to get points
