Hello, i bought platium donnor last friday at 6 p.m, i contact the support 3 times, in 3 different days, and the answer is always automatic, and i dont receive it!!!
I dont no if i was wrong in the nick at buy time! Are you have the link of recent buys?

Hello! When you contact the support email, it takes 1-7 business days for you to receive a detailed response. You must wait until then, and don't forget that business days are Monday through Friday, so expect it to be on of those days 1-7 days after you emailed.
