I know this thread is locked, but I just wanted to add some extra information for the player who needs help.

The link to the Ban Dispute page has been provided. You need to tell your friend to post there following the Ban Dispute Template and filling out all the information in order to have a chan e at being unbanned. Your friend will get a response in 3-5 days on whether they will be unbanned or not.

In this dispute, they have to prove they weren't hacking, not just say that the mods don't know what they're doing, or just blame it on lag. This dispute needs to be serious for it to be successful.
