So, what you're saying is that neither of them are accurate, or they are both pretty inaccurate.Okay I am finally here. /ping in game is horribly inaccurate because #BlameMojang. Most minecraft things show correct ping or connection bars ever. Now on the other hand command prompt will get that right 100% of the time because it directly interacts with your network card. While /ping has to interact with software like Java and then your operating system. Hopefully this settles it.
No he is saying CMD is the most accurateSo, what you're saying is that neither of them are accurate, or they are both pretty inaccurate.
Alright, thank you.No he is saying CMD is the most accurate
I thought I herd when you do /ping it's double the ping you actually getI'm pretty sure it is, but I'm not positive.
As your question has been answered, I will lock the thread. PM me if you have any further questions. Thanks!I just wanted to ask what ping is the accurate one?
You can see your ping at favourite servers , on the right part of the screen and i have around 50-60 ms there but if i do /ping in game i usually get around 110-120.
Thx for your answers !
