This is the first and last time i want to say this. Boomyay,Horriblekolkor,Jockster,SteroidGamer and xEpiz get off this thread. I know this may be looked at as rude and unpolite but it's the only way to get people to stop, thethread is for Phoenix members,applicants and Officers/Leaders to announce news to the clan not for randoms who are not affiliated with the clan in anyway. xEpiz i am aware that you are a past member but you are accusating and being unkind towards people who are simply trying to get messages across when it is not your job, we are aware that they are triple posting etc. These matters are for Officers and Leaders to deal with, don't get me wrong it's good your all trying to help but whenever someone of a low rank or non affiliation of the clan speaks their mind it simply causes flame wars and trouble. So please listen to me before i contact a mod to warn/ban you. EDIT: This message goes out to all of you outsiders,declined applicants and randoms. So not only the people i mentioned. I'm not personally disregarding you it's just that you are the main people who are clogging up this thread.

If anyone is posting on this thread just to post and have no intent of applying or doing anything clan related, please don't. You know who you are and you have been asked to stop several times by the owners of the clan themselves. Please abide by their wishes and don't post on this thread unless it pertains to the clan, thank you

Okay, so i know this might be looked at as unnecessary if it is tell me and i'll delete it. I'm going to fill out the template to our standards and show you guys how to make us really consider your application and take it seriously.

Minecraft Name: Simply insert your IGN not your forum name, i know this sounds silly but this mistake has been made in the past.
Wins: Our win requirement is 175+, however if you wish to apply when under it make sure you have a few friends in the clan and get along with most of us. Exceptions are normally made if you are only 5-10 maybe 15 wins below the requirement. It is recommended to be at the requirement or above however.
Age: We do prefer 13+ however this is one of the main things we aren't VERY picky about. But if you are below the age of 11 your chances automatically are lowered unless you are well liked among people in the clan and have a sexy voice.
Donator: This to me, should be removed from the application from my point of view as we have never declined somebody for not having Donator rank.
Way of communication: You must have a working microhphone and TeamSpeak or Skype. We prefer both but sometimes people have personal issues. If you do not have either of these utilities to interact with fellow clansmen when playing your chances of being accepted are basically next to zero.
Skype/TS name: Insert your name for Skype and use your Forum name or In-Game Name for TeamSpeak. You can PM the username to a Officer or leader if you are not comfortable handing it out to the public.
Self Rating at MCSG (1-10): This is often where people mess up, my main guide for this is do not overrate yourself. Think properly and make sure you compare yourself to how well other players play and find out how you go in comparison. We never excpect a 10/10 for anybody as that would be considered very arrogant and cocky so to say. This is realistically just a personal question because again nobody has ever been declined for "Low Rating" let alone nobody could be declined for this reason.
Strength: Another personal answer which must me thought out carefully, what aspects do you have which can be game changing or has often helped lead you to victory.
Weaknesses: Another personal question which you need to answer in order for us to know what you can work on or are just sometimes downright terrible with.
You a cool guy?: Straight up, do you get along with people in general. Are you considerate,polite and just easy to talk to. EXTRA TIPS: Use proper grammar to make your application look professional and serious. Sort out any past hate or problems you've had with other members of the clan before applying so your votes from them can hopefully be in your favour. Be on good terms especially with officers and leaders.

I'm sorry for the double post, but i need to answer this. We don't control Walrus, he does what he wants. If you have a problem with him, do just as we did. Simply contact a moderator to warn him. I myself cannot stop Walrus from doing what he does.

I know this post is late, but for people who get declined. If you do, accept the fact that it was the answer and move on. If you do this, and you later reach the requirement you will have a better chance because people will see you as a good sport and will think good about you.

Also, if you talk too most of us on either TS or Skype, you will become friends with the members of the clan and that will also greatly boost your chances of getting in. hope this will help people wishing to apply in the future.

Do not abuse me Damo. Don't resort to words and continue to bully me over a clan. I would hate to be enemies with you, or anyone in the clan, but you are making your whole, nice and fun clan look terrible by these cheap abusive comments.
