Phoenix doesn't accept people who don't blend in, Phoenix was and still is what I consider my Internet family, back in the past I only accepted people who I thought I'd get along with and would benefit the clan. For starters, you're 10 so you have to wait 3 years to be in the age zone (alongside 10 year olds generally being immature). You have 120 less wins that the requirement and from your application it looks like you're seriously overrating yourself. Nothing personal but I don't believe you'll fit in with the members of Phoenix well.
