I disagree, without NCP it looks as if most users are hacking. With NCP you can tell if a user is hacking or not, I'd prefer to prevent hackers. If we get rid of NCP you will all do exactly this but slightly differently; you will still moan, you will just moan about something else. If you'd like a bunch of LeafyGreenTea's running around, by all means sign this petition. I don't want this to happen, though. #1st
