I know of people with specs that aren't as good (although they overclock their processors pretty high -4.5ghz-) who get 150+
You'll probably get well over that on max settings, which you can ensure by overclocking your processor (that'd make sense, you have a CPU cooler in that pcpartpicker list)
Ok thanks :)

Just a couple things:
1. The i5-3570K could possibly be upgraded with an i5-4670K, which is the next generation of unlocked i5 processor. I'd recommend upgrading it, as it's relatively the same cost, and generally more reliable.
2. I've encountered a bit of a compatibility problem. The case that you chose may not fit your after-market cooler inside is that the cooler stands sideways out of the motherboard, into the window. The cooler might be too tall, and not let the side panel close. Though it's just a suspicion.

Other than that, I think it will work quite well. Seems like a solid machine.

It's kinda expensive, but the NZXT Switch 810 or the NZXT Phantom 530. They're around the same price range, and the Switch 810 is extremely spacious.

Also, I'd recommend adding an SSD to your build. It reads information extremely fast compared to a HDD. I'm using a HDD and an SSD in tandem. I'd download my OS and other extremely frequent programs onto the SSD, and the HDD can be used to mass storage. The Samsung 840 EVO is a good option. 128 GB is good.
