'Overrun' is an American town, the theme is a based off of 'Revolution' a television show. In this television show the electricity has been turned off, and a new government rises known as 'The Militia'. The main characters are forced to fight against The Militia therefore a group/army army is formed (The Rebels). This town is the home of 'The Rebels'.

Make a even circle that is big enough to house 24 players.

I use the command //hcyl [block] [radius], then after the circle is made I evenly place pedestals around the circle.
