Our new deathmatch, your thoughts!

Not sure about the rest of you guys, but I lag sooooo bad in the new DM arena. It's fine without the falling sand, but with it, I can barely move. Also I think that 35 min would be the "Sweet Spot" as far as time goes. Chests would refill the second time around 33, which leaves just enough time to get everything ready for DM.

the games should have 2 refills and after 2nd refill game should go to deathmatch 5 mins later, this gives the people who missed the first refill a tiny chance which i like about the games the fight for survival and stuff

We NEED to get rid of the lava almost everyone I know compains about it and my fps goes from regular 20-30 from 1-3 and I can't do anything!!! I have never won but I guaruntee I would have at least 2 wins if it weren't for that lava in the deathmatch causing so much lag. I know it is cool and all, but why not just make a big pit with obsidian at the bottom, or maybe even just make it the void? Also, once while I was in deathmatch there were 2 people left and like 3 spectators got on to the field lol it didn't cause any trouble but I figured I may as well report a bug. I have no idea how they did it because I know there is a forcefield around the edge. Also, to the people comlaining about the lag in deathmatch, it isn't the sand that is making you lag as much as it is the lava. Sand does make you lag but it is more of an add-on to lag than the real problem. Anyway, PLASE FIX THE LAG!

The length of the gaames are to short because the people who control the cornucopia usually get diamond swords adn it doesnt't give other people enough time to get other chests at refill to get better things also. The arena usually has a lot of lagg

And why are all workbenches except the central one removed?

I thought this at first too, but I have found other crafting tables in maps 1 and 3. 2 I really haven't found one, because most times I have to quit before it starts because of all my lag.

I would like to have it the way it was, the dm arena does cause a lot of lag. Yesterday alone, I was in the dm 5 times and I found the specs trying to hop the fence really annoying, as some of them sucessfully got into the arena and started to run around. Please put it back to the way it was, it was much more simpler. And if you can't figure out how to cut off a running tribute, you do not deserve to win.

Well now the 24 servers are to short. It makes winning not feel as great as an accomplishment. I like to grind through an hour of survival games till deathmatch and win, and the feeling is great. Now 20 minutes it's pretty easy. And when you play on the 120 servers and you join there's 5 people tops. 48 servers I havent tried but still it feels like it's to short.

Look you people are always whining and crying about lag! Well try optifine it can increase your fps by over %30 once you get your own settings that fit your computer best, it lets you modify certain particles and even has a fog/distance slider, it also lets you use hd texture packs so you don't need the patcher and improves your PC in the process.

I have an idea, Maybe once the deathmatch starts. Let all the spectators actually get out of the little room, and get an area to view, Which also may give time to the players to let it load. Maybe just like the beggning, A countdown to start, Because lag sucks.
