Opinions urgently needed!

If you were the only person offering such "artwork", then yes, I'd buy one. (If I had the $$ for it )
However, seeing as I've literally seen someone use the same background effects, the sunshine-rays thing, it doesn't look particularly "unique". As Fox stated, you should probably work to develop your own style first, to set you apart from all of the competition. Also, there are people who do/did offer similar images for free, so you'd need something to make yours better than theirs, and worth paying for.

I wouldn't buy, and I don't think other people will. So many people just do renders that it's sometimes considered lazy, even cheap if they're paid for, and it's kind of sickening to always see. Basically: don't expect anything from a render.

And like the majority of the people on this thread, I wouldn't pay for artwork like yours, simply because that style is so overdone around here. I could ask anyone else on any other art thread and I'd probably get something just like it. I also don't like how using a cracked Minecraft character rig, some random photoshop stripes and fancy stuff, and putting a background from Google Images and claiming that it's "your" artwork, when the credit should really be going towards the person who took the photo on Google, Adobe for the effects and the creator of the skin rig.

Be unique.

Fun Fact: I went to a bakery today, and on their wall was literally the exact same sunshine-ray effect, except it was behind the picture of a chicken. I almost took a picture of it, but decided that when I saw this thread again, I would be too lazy to upload it and it would just be taking up memory on my iPod.
