Even if there is a substantial decrease in hackers already, you shouldn't even consider stopping this.

Well, if there aren't many bans during the cleansweeps, then there is no point in continuing because the hackers that would be caught during the cleansweep would be caught by the EU staff who are on EU whether there is a cleansweep or not. Don't worry, though, we'll keep it going as long as we can.
