The administration made the executive decision to make it a permanent offense. Please keep in mind that we like to allow the user a chance to reupload the evidence before we ban. Nevertheless, if you disagree with something regarding ban times that is something you will have to take to the administration.

Actually, I didn't. In a way, we give second chances to those who reupload the evidence when we PM them about it.

No it isn't. Nobody holds on to evidence after uploading it that's a ridiculous accusation to say it's their fault. And if they were to accidentally delete it from their channel while cleaning it out or delete the channel or whatever, to say they dont deserve a second chance yet hackers do is ridiculous. And if you disagree, you're ridiculous. Ridiculous is a fun word. Ridiculous.

I know I'm going to get hate but only 25 bans with 20 participants with 10+ hours is ridiculous. I alone have played about 10 games today with a minimum of 4 hackers.

tbh i think hacking should be a perma ban straight up. hackers were given a chance its really time to just get the big ban hammer out as we are getting infested here in EU i believe the only way for a hacker to get unbanned should be with a ban appeal that explains they will not hack again (and maybe ip bans for hacking second offence as most the hackers have like 10k alt lists) but thats my opinion as im now sick of hackers and i believe many players have lost many games to them but of corse the clean sweeps will improve the servers a bit

Some of them don't. Let me add many of the community wouldn't be here if we has a one strike policy. We want people to have a second chance.

yes true people should be given a second chance but when that second chance has been going on for like 100eva and 90% of players just don't care and still hack to the point that MCSG/MCGN is unplayable wouldn't that ring alarm bells that maybe that system is flawed for this community
