Another thing to add to this:
As of recently, the developers added a feature at the end of the game where it puts a message in chat saying, "A game that you just played in is now live on the forums!" or something similar to that. I was playing some Survival Games with a few other staff members last night and saw that and thought that that was really cool and a nice feature!
You can just click the link in chat that the server posts and it will direct you right to the forums page/leaderboards. You can see the people's IGN behind the disguise there just like the other staff members have said above.
Keep a lookout for that!
