Official US Clan Battle Maps

What "rules"did these clans change? It just seems to be different map preferences between clans. Perhaps the other clan doesnt know the map you want well, putting them at a disadvantage.
That's the thing. Current higher ups had to learn maps and routes of past higher ups. If newer clans just decide to become better on other maps, it'll just be a fight for which maps will be played. Ex, if Kronic is good at SG4 and Valleyside, but another team wants 3 maps that Kronic has little knowledge of, the chances are Kronic will be losing (Best 3 out of 5 situation).

When I mean higher ups, I mean Forgotten, Rebels, Forsaken and Sovereign, which have been categorized as a higher tier than other teams. Trust me when I say I know these maps are played because I play constantly with these teams.

That's why a "top" clan should be prepared for all maps and situations, and adapt their strategies based on differing situations. And /random would be a great way to make the map selection process fair.

Why would a clan limit themselves to certain maps? Many of these higher tiered clans have been around long time and should know the maps on MCSG.

Sorry, but I'm not following this. This will approach many people as disrespect, but obviously you didn't understand what I said. All teams can learn and adapt to these things, but right now, it seems like you're trying to change how Clan Battles have been for a long time. I've been repeating it over and over again. This will cause a shift in the clan community and it will not look pretty. You're bringing the concepts that would possibly disable many of the long lasting teams, just putting any new team on the throne.

Note* I'm not doing this to save Forgotten because we can adapt, but honestly wasting our and (most likely) other clans' time for rules/maps newer members or teams want.

Because certain maps aren't very good for PvP, are poorly tiered, or have one OP route that if one clan got it would be over.

Because certain maps aren't very good for PvP, are poorly tiered, or have one OP route that if one clan got it would be over.
Another note, (LIKE I'VE BEEN TRYING TO PUT IN EVERYONE'S HEADS FOR A LONG TIME) Forgotten, Rebels, Titans, Sovereign, and Forsaken have been playing on these maps for days in and days out. This is such a slap to our faces to throw rules and maps that some newer team or someone who's not big in the clan scene to do so. This may lead to the destruction of old teams and in all honestly, I'm not going to let someone talk me into this as it will destroy the legacies that these clans have tried for so long to forge.

Now for my opinion: Tewaren Survival Games 2 should be here placed in the section "Maybe Played" due too the unbalanced tiering. Like Avaricia, there is one overpowered route that outshines the others and provides a rediculous advantage to the team that captures it.
I disagree, even if you do not take Ti-pi's route, the other side of the map (Train, Mine, Mountain, Lava hole, and Town) has a good amount of T2's. I've seen clans that don't even take Tipi's and get stacked.

Another thing, the amount of time that would be taken in order to figure strategies for most maps. It'll, once again, shift the community because if there were to be implemented, a variable to be a successful clan will be to know ALL maps, which is ridiculous for the amount of time taken. Honestly, to think that in order for a clan to become #1 would to waste days, probably months to figure out routes for all 30+ maps. Props to whoever does that, but that kind of dedication is what a "no-life" is really considered as.

Where's the fun in that? I see none. Knowledge alone would take over skill as we know it, if this were to be implemented.

Meh, we are 4Suckin. We don't take routes. We just go wherever.

Throughout this whole thread you have implied that clans such as Forgotten and Rebels opinion's are more important than an average clan. This is understandable, however this thread is meant to determine something that every clan will follow, and if you are deciding something for every clan every clan should be allowed to voice their opinion. You shouldn't have the power to determine something for a large group when you have said you don't care about a large percentage of this group's opinions.

I do care about other opinions, but *sigh* I've been stressing out the fact that it'll change a lot. I don't want to see this change, not because not only does it change a lot, but it quite ridiculous. Might as well change the Clan Battles to something like, "who's the better clan on this map" and after just tally up how many maps a clan is the best at and rate clans from there.
