Why does division 1 only have 3 people?

I do not know, but I was thinking and I am going to bring it up with the leaders about moving people in to the first division.

I think a few people should be in division 1. (If its based on skill) I'll edit this..

1. Kranzo, he is a beast, a lot better then most people. Gets wins easily...
2. Pherrera, I don't really know anything about him, but I've fought him and lost horribly.
3. I forgot Brb xD, oh yeah, Jackthepwnzor. I don't know why he was placed so low, he is really good, but really underrated.

Excuse me BlitzCometITU, but on my interview with Organization, I got a 4 out of 2 result and was scored highest out of all interviewed people so far. Not sure about the Division 1 thing but I just wanted to point out that.
