I saw this in the Screenshot thread...and it looks a bit like fullbright.

Judging by the COMPLETE lack of shadows, I would only have to agree. I've seen a few Nodus video's in my time and whenever they use full bright it looks remarkably similar to what is going on in this picture. Even if the brightness is turned up full the area is never illuminated to that extent.

*EDIT* Also, judging by the caption, he may have been using other hacks as well (Chestfinder or X-Ray) to find all the tier 2 chests that contain diamonds. Having played a couple of games and finding a diamond every 2 or 3 means that this man is either extremely lucky, or has an unfair advantage over other players by using hacks.

Possibly 100 Gamma, you can change that in the options menu without actually installing anything. I've asked mods about this, and it is against the rules. He may not know that though, I didn't think it was until I spoke with slasher on US69 a few weeks ago.
