Need Empty Template (Just Borderd)

Does anyone know where I can get a map template download or something, but just the border of 500-1000 blocks. Please!!! TY

Use WorldEdit to make the dome, it's a simple Google search. As for the podiums that's a matter of some logical thinking.

In all honestly, if you can't figure this stuff out, you don't know the basic principles of worldedit. Learn this like the back of your hand before doing anything else, it will really help. But for your information, with Worldedit do //hsphere glass [map radius] or //hcyl glass [map radius] [map height] will make the dome/barrier. At the center of your map, do //hcyl [any non-influential material] [Cornucopia radius] this will get you a template on which you can place 24/48 podiums around on.
