I would suggest, get the whole Norwegian team (for example) and make a strawpoll, for who being the leader. Then the person with most votes is gonna lead and choose teams. Unless we have to do the same lineups every game.

This ^ Having only 6 players play, with the same lineup all the time. Doesn't really show "the nations best" imo
