I agree. I just started using the forums and I have done a lot of work. I'm still trying to think of what I could do to make my signature better. But thanks for the information! <3
Maybe you can put a YouTube icon similar to this in your signature (maybe a bit smaller, this is all I could find right now :p):

I would recommend putting a link in your signature as some people have said, and just upload on a regular schedule. Be into YouTube and make sure it's something you really want to do c;

Make the link in your signature stand out more, and make sure that you're known to the community to a good and respectful person c:
You should also try to upload daily, or as frequently as possible if you have a tight schedule. Most people recognise a Youtuber who works hard for their subscribers and will be more interested in their channel.
You should also watch some of the popular MCSG Youtubers for examples.
Good luck! :)

EDIT: I just realised what the point of the thread was.
You can post your videos in the Media section of MCSG. Or you can put your channel in your signature and advertise on your forum page in statuses. Not sure about any other ways to get your videos out here on MCSG, But if you have any other ways, feel free to add on.
Pretty much this and just make good content that people will want to watch, no this thread is not advertisement he is just asking for advice.

I've been a YouTuber for about 2 years...and I have 68 subscribers (though my gaming channel managed to gain about 115 over about 5 or so months.) Mainly my fault for only recently being active, as before I uploaded maybe one 10-60 second video every two months.

Though I became active only in the past month or two, my views went up about 200-300%, I gained about 11 subscribers, and my like-view ratio went up. (My channel is very random though, as I upload anything ranging from AMVs to Animations etc.)
As well as being active, promoting yourself on forums and communities is another good way to gain attention. If you do all sorts of videos, post them where viable on places like reddit (4chan exists too, but I'd recommend staying away from there.) If you mainly do Minecraft videos, then post on forums etc. For instance if you recorded a video of a mod or adventure map, post a link to the video as well as your thoughts on the map on it's page (though be sure to follow specific rules, MinecraftForum seems to be fine with it though.)
Another way to boost viewership is to be the first to cover something. You may not see views instantaneously, but if you are among the first to record it, then if it gains popularity your video will be the first to show, thus gaining the most views.

Here are a few other small things you can do.

Get professional-looking Thumbnails, Banners, Intros, etc.
Have good audio and video quality. Most people who hear static or see a 240p video will click away instantly.
Practice a lot! Being a good commentator isn't easy, read news articles for ideas, improve your vocabulary, work on any trouble you have with speaking(stuttering, lisp, etc).
Good video titles. Nobody wants to watch mincRaft-video4.avi. They must be both eye-catching and to the point.
Set up a proper YouTube page with links to playlists/best videos, etc. If you can make the best channel trailer you can to convince people your channel's worth watching (or link to the latest video of yours there, that's what I do.)

Good luck on your endeavors!
