my mod application has been pending for 2 weeks is it hopeless?

I was really excited when it got moved to pending but its been over two weeks
how long does it take to get a response normally?
can someone answer that has experiences on this subject?

There really is no expected time to when they will respond. They might respond tomorrow or in a month. Just don't be hopeless, they'll get to you.

So I have heard it took a Mod 4 months to get accepted. I have recently applied myself. Most the mods I talk to about it normally say it takes at least a few weeks to hear anything. The fact that you were moved to pending is better than nothing at all!

Don't post threads like this. It probably lower your chances of you becoming a Moderator, because it shows that you have no patience.
