Staff for a full year, doesn't matter if you were Senior mod or not, you should get VIP. There's Senior staff that haven't even been staff for as long as you have. Personally, anyone who is a mod for a complete year should deserve VIP for all their handwork, it shouldn't only be senior moderators. I don't know you really but this is my general opinion.
