It would have been nice if you stated your budget, but here are some things I would really recommend changing if you have the chance:

Get a 4460 instead of a 4440. There's really no reason to choose the 4440 when the newer generation variant is availiable for only about £1 more.

Get 2x4gb of RAM instead of 1x8gb. Dual channel will perform better. This will suffice: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cmx8gx3m2a1333c9

If you have money to spare, I would highly recommend getting a SSD, even if it's only a 128/256gb drive. They're well worth the money and you'll notice a huge increase in read/write times.

Thanks, my budget is around £550-600
