Actually, that guy had chain chest, Everything else was leather, that means he had 4,5 armor. You actually had 1 more armor than him (8% more damage reduction) you got him on fire and that deals 3,5 true damage (ignores armor) + 1 hit with your sword and he died, that means he was damaged Before you attacked him I would guess he had like 4 hearts when you attacked him
