More mobs

1. mobs are off temp till we can make the plugin spawn less mobs on map 3 on the 24 and 48 servers mobs
2. 120 servers have mobs (they are still on 1.2.5)

well i acully like that there are no mobs on 48 and 24 servers cuz u might not get a sword in time and good chests are always in dark places like caves

I think angry wolves would be interesting, but hostile, other than angry wolves, mob spawns, even at a reduced spawn rate, are a pain to deal with because of spectators pushing them around.
