here I have to say that even though the moderators in that game failed on catching the hackers you still have to follow the rules yourself. being rude and using caps lock isn't going to help your cause. but I think you should have been banned for a day or two not infinite. (My perspective since I dont know their reasons for permaban) if you know the hackers name or have proof that would be very helpful for us
