Moderator applications - Based off Grade rather than Age

Only problem with this is, every place is different. The grade system isn't always the same and it could cause a problem.

Grade would work but the issue is different countries use different grade systems. Also grade doesn't always result in more maturity.

This. If we were to do the requirements by grade, it would only really be applicable to a small set of countries, or require a lot more work on the part of the Sr. Staff in order to create correlations between all the various different grades (who are already overworked as it is). It simply wouldn't work, so sadly I'm going to have to shut this idea down. It's quite good, but doesn't work when we have a worldwide community.
