They will reply to your application whether you were accepted or not. It can take a long time so be patient and don't bug them about it

Very true, although at the moment, it's just Admins reviewing them due to a mix-up, which is a contributing factor as to why it's taking such an extended amount of time. The Sr. Mods should be back on the case sooner than later know, but for now, you'll just have to wait it out
