Mod Applications Now Accept 1 Year Old Temporary Bans

I couldn't agree more with the staff on this. After a year, I'm sure the the person has had a change of heart and now plays how they're suppose to.

This is a good way of getting temporary banned players to get another shot on helping the community, because everyone makes mistakes.
