Minecraft Update Annoyance

I was waiting for a game of survival games to start but whilst i was waiting, mincraft crashed because the update was released. now i cant go back on the server because its outdated..annoyed

umm.. this is definitely your fault if the servers aren't working for YOU. If you'd actually read the main page of the website, it tells you if you update, your not going to get to play because the servers take a few days to update...

Just as a heads up; Distribution of the .jars is illegal, as much as the odds of getting caught is rare, I just wanted to put it up for those who didn't know before hand. assets.minecraft.net itself is owned by Mojang. Its not exactly a direct distribution by me.
On the contrary, getting files from assets.minecraft.net is the same as updating your Minecraft as your launcher also gets the files from there.
