can someone give me the name of a texture pack that makes the game very realistic?by day I'm trying but I can't find

Realistic? Hm. I would recommend Misa's Realistic Texture Pack. You can search it up on google. But it's not the best realistic texture pack though. It's quite popular.

well i use sphax purebd craft its an HD one based off of comic books.

I've always been partial to the John Smith texture pack, but I don't know exactly if that would be considered "realistic", though IMO it looks much better than the default. It's hard to find a realistic pack that won't lag you up because a lot of detail has to go into it to make it realistic. Hope you find something that works for you!
