1GB-1.5GB if you plan on having 20 people I recommend 1gig, if you plan on having 30, then you should go with 1.5. My rule is that for every 10 people you have .5GB of RAM. Although If you are looking for a completely lag free experience, you should go with 1GB per 10 slots.
