If you use Optifine, go into Video Settings and switch Chunk Loading to Default. Worked for everyone I've told so far, should work for you too.

It;s a problem with optifine, most likely a bug. You should go ask for assistance from the mod developer. Either that or just switch chunk loading to default, as said above. That seems to fix the problem.

Oh, okay I will just have to play without optifine intill they bring out a newer version.

Smooth and Multi-Core options don't work properly, and will crash your game. Switching the setting to Standard won't change anything because they don't work anyway, but will eliminate crashes.

If you continue to have the problem and it seems to be MCSG related, rather then a regular Minecraft bug (But it seems you're saying that it occurs regardless..) you can email [email protected] with error information.

As some of said it is likely to be your optifine settings.
