Is there any way for you on the server side to make the sprint work as the old one? This just ruined PVP in my opinion...

Minecraft 1.6.1 sucks, The lobby and maps are more laggy then normal sprinting is more buggy and no optifine or/and texture packs. I can't play mcsg till some things get updated .

It's not publicly available - our servers are technically running a modified 1.5.2 CraftBukkit right now with support for 1.6.1 clients.
